About four weeks. Your piece doesn't exist yet when you order it. It gets cut, stitched, and dyed for you, then shipped. We don't hold a warehouse, on purpose.

30-day returns, no drama. For reference: our men's model is 6'1", our women's model is 5'6", and both wear an M. The cut runs generous, so if you're between sizes, take the smaller one.

Cold wash, dry in the shade. The fabric softens with every wash. Because everything is hand-dyed in small batches, your shade may differ slightly from the photos and from anyone else's. We think that's the point.
