All measurements are in inches. Our men's model is 6'1" and our women's model is 5'6". Both wear an M. Between sizes, take the smaller one; the cut runs generous.

Rose to dusk, in one vat.

Anahata names the heart center in yoga, and the set moves the way that sounds: soft pink drifting into rose gold across the kurta and down through the pants. Both pieces held the gradient in one vat on one day, so the drift of color is the same on each. You dress, and the outfit is settled before you are.

That gradient happened once, in that vat, and it will not happen the same way again; your set matches itself and nothing else. The cotton beneath it is spun so fine that Lucknow's finest embroiderers save it for their best work, and it breathes through a full hot class. It is sheer; you'll see light through it. Bare underneath is right for practice, and a slip gives full cover.

    Fit & feel

The kurta is cut relaxed and falls straight. The pants have an elastic waist. The cloth is Swiss voile, and both pieces soften with every wash. Cold wash, shade dry. Bought as a set, you save $10 over the separates.

Fine Swiss voile cotton or a 50-50 linen-cotton weave, depending on the piece. All natural fibre, light enough to move with the air. It softens with every wash.

Hand-dyed with natural dyes in small batches. Shades vary a little from lot to lot. We think that's the point.

Three people make everything we sell. Two stitch by hand. One runs the dye vats. We don't hold a warehouse: your piece is cut, stitched, and finished after you order it, and reaches you in about four weeks.

At the heart of our Dharma is Aparigraha, non-excess. Making each garment to order is how we practice it. Nothing is overproduced. Nothing waits in storage. Thank you for practicing it with us.

Every piece funds five meals at the Ganeshpuri girls' program. Sevā means service.

    Testimonials

I absolutely love it. Wore the full set to my meditation retreat and felt so serene. It’s light, elegant, and I got so many compliments.

This is hands down the most comfortable piece of clothing I own. The ombre dye is stunning.
