The gentlest yellow we know.
Steep a few threads of saffron in warm milk and you get this exact yellow. It's a first-light color, so faint it almost dissolves in soft morning sun, and it makes whoever wears it look like the calmest person in the room.
Half linen and half cotton, with nothing added. In strong light the pale weave turns nearly translucent; wear it bare, or add a base layer when you want more cover. It's soft with a quiet sheen, and it holds its press better than pure linen.
Fit & feel
50-50 linen-cotton. Relaxed kurta cut with a straight fall. Softens with every wash. Cold wash, shade dry.
Fine Swiss voile cotton or a 50-50 linen-cotton weave, depending on the piece. All natural fibre, light enough to move with the air. It softens with every wash.
Hand-dyed with natural dyes in small batches. Shades vary a little from lot to lot. We think that's the point.
Three people make everything we sell. Two stitch by hand. One runs the dye vats. We don't hold a warehouse: your piece is cut, stitched, and finished after you order it, and reaches you in about four weeks.
