All measurements are in inches. Our men's model is 6'1" and our women's model is 5'6". Both wear an M. Between sizes, take the smaller one; the cut runs generous.

    One yellow, no second-guessing.

The yellow of ground turmeric, worn whole; in morning light it sits like sun on skin. Yellow is unforgiving, and even a small drift between dye lots shows. So this kurta and these pants went into one vat on one day, and the color agrees from collar to hem without you ever checking.

Half linen, half cotton, and nothing besides. It's cool on the skin like linen and soft like cotton, and it holds its shape through a day of teaching better than pure linen would. A quiet lustre wakes up when the light hits it.

    Fit & feel

The kurta wears relaxed and falls straight. An elastic waist holds the pants. Everything softens with washing. Cold wash, shade dry. The set saves $10 against buying kurta and pants separately.

Fine Swiss voile cotton or a 50-50 linen-cotton weave, depending on the piece. All natural fibre, light enough to move with the air. It softens with every wash.

Hand-dyed with natural dyes in small batches. Shades vary a little from lot to lot. We think that's the point.

Three people make everything we sell. Two stitch by hand. One runs the dye vats. We don't hold a warehouse: your piece is cut, stitched, and finished after you order it, and reaches you in about four weeks.

At the heart of our Dharma is Aparigraha, non-excess. Making each garment to order is how we practice it. Nothing is overproduced. Nothing waits in storage. Thank you for practicing it with us.

Every piece funds five meals at the Ganeshpuri girls' program. Sevā means service.

    Testimonials

I absolutely love it. Wore the full set to my meditation retreat and felt so serene. It’s light, elegant, and I got so many compliments.

This is hands down the most comfortable piece of clothing I own. The ombre dye is stunning.
